Hi everybody. I am a French bgirl from Paris, i'm would like to cross the ocean next year (starting from september 2012) to live one year in the US. I still didn't choose city and so i need your help. i wanna go there to learn original hiphop and bboying, New York seems to be the best city but in which area should i go? where are the training spot located? or can you give me the name of other smaller cities where the hiphop culture is strong? I will have to work there, is it easy to both work and practice everyday? Is Southern east coast a good alternative. I don't drive a car (no licence) so i need to reach my home, work and training place only with subways and bus, is it possible? Thanks for your answers. Peace |

If you don't drive, New York is a great option. No one drives in New York. I'm twenty-three, and I still don't need my driver's license. The subway system is really convenient and easy to navigate through. Its a great city. I'd highly recommend it.
