This should go without saying but it's an annoyance thats happens all too often in battles.

Comments like "Lets get em", "good shit", or "Oh man, this is gonna be good" do not belong in the battle thread. Make comments like this to each other in PM, or start a thread in a discussion forum. When watching a battle thats ready for votes its irritating to see somebody posted, thinking its another vote, only to find out the comment was BS props on someone's verse, or a passing thought someone had that was so compelling they felt obligated to share it with the rest of the world.

We're all MC's here and we're all involved in battles, so we can all relate to getting annoyed by the freeposts. In the same regard, we're all guilty of doing this ourselves...some more than others.

The only posts I like to see in battle threads are check ins, verses, votes, and the occasional up for more votes.

Uppin is different though, it can be annoying too. If you up a thread more than once, is it too hard to delete your previous ups?

Again, we've all done this and we've all had it done to us. If we all make the decision to stop freeposting it will clean up the battles and make the Mods lives easier.
