sup sage, i used uni posca markers for those but to be honest they are crap hence the dodgy lines so i wouldn't recommend them, i am also looking for good markers though if anyone has any ideas

more kool pieces sage,

the only comment i would like to make is watch your letter proportion, try and keep a fairly constant letter width while your practicing to get the best results from your style, any sudden changes in letter thickness and also sudden shape changes and curves can look awkward when proportion is not 100%, i personally found it is best to stick to a very basic (yet personalised) style as a framework, get your letterform to perfection in a simplified version of your style and then adapt from there, adding block ends, arrows, accents etc so you have a well proportioned and un awkward looking compound image to work from if ya know what i mean.

if you have the time sketch me up a new slik piece in a more simple style concentrating on what i said.

yo im havin trouble with originality/choice with my colors, i never really liekd usin em in my drawings, it was always just doodleing in class so i never had no markers btu now im tryna move into colorsand shits frustrating as hell

just make it your own and it'll b dope peep... it takes time but eventually you'll have your own dope style n shit i mean its easy too peep other cats work n be inspired from it and still keep it ya own ya kno..

i'd say everyone who's posted cept IQ need to stop worryin bout prettying up ya pieces and just work on simpler sketches with focus on letter structure.. dont matter how ill your color combos are if you aint got a solid foundation down.
