I've seen some pretty bad ass graff up in Geneva, Switzerland and Rotterdam, Netherlands. Will post some stuff when i get home. The city council of Rotterdam and Geneva actually sanction 'city beautification through graffiti' where they give the most prominent artists bare walls to do their thing. Now thats modern urbanism... peace

It all comes down to preference of art. I think every country has dope artists, my personal favourite is probably holland.

Depends what you mean by "best" graffiti. The US has a LOT of history and you can't deny that it has influenced the rest of the world. But right now, New Zealand is kicking it up a notch in terms of the pretty pieces. Thanks to Askew and TMD's

I'd have to say Germany, or at least Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig and Munich has some sick street art. France has some decent stuff in Marseille and parts of Paris. England is weak except for like graffiti exhibitions but it aint wall slaying or anything like in the US:

I am definitely gonna have to agree with the East Coast... Saw a lot of graffiti growing up in Queens. I live in Seatttle now and haven't really been exposed to too much graffiti out here....
