i used to have a really extensive bank when i was using reason, probably over 1000 instruments, all gave me the ability to manipulate settings to alter sound etc. my pc crashed 2 years ago and i haven't been motivated to rebuild my library since. lookin for ideas because when I type "vst synth plugin" into torrentz.com its hard to sort thru the 10,000+ links that come back. nahmean?

if you have a pc download komplete by native for real...bad ass shit...i think 5 is the latest version...i have a little bit of a harder time bein on a mac an shit...but i know for a fact there's some komplete packs on thepiratebay, dunno about the others...i'd say logic has some good vst's, but you can't really download just those jam packs an audio content files...i tried, an three weeks later i just gave up at 28%...

Burt, you can holla at PJK, Da God (Uh Oh) or Infinity or Dead Poet over on ************. I strictly go after instrumentals, personally. I just don't have the time to make beats or the training. If you gonna get down, holla at those folks fa sho.

Nexus is great and it has a bunch of expansions you can collect. Omnisphere is good for ambiance too but it's mainly "film soundtrack" type synth sounds

Sylenth1 is a great synth. It's free but the sounds kick ass.
